We have developed a unique method to manufacture the entire range of water based paints with only high speed dispenser. We intend to introduce this simplified method of paint manufacturing to the leading paint contractors across India.
EXPERTIES IN FORMULATION:
AMRON is having a strong technical base to formulate any kind of specialty formulation. Our Chairman is well known in the Indian pigment manufacturing industry for inventing 3 specialty chemicals and for successfully marketing them over the period of last 34 years. We also have technical persons having M.Sc. Paint Technology degrees, constantly working on various innovative formulations, which are not yet introduced in the Indian market. As a manufacturer of paint raw material we are in constant touch with the R & D and technical personal of large-scale companies and are having the opportunity to discuss various formulations using our raw material.
HAND HELD DISPENSER BASED PAINTS:
The simplified new technique to make paints in a small hand held dispenser is a concept we have been working on since many years. We have an advantage of being the manufacturer of about 40% of the ingredients that goes in to water based paint manufacturing. We also are importing many of the key ingredients. It is because of these capabilities that we are able to introduce this unique concept for the paint contractors, where they can not only save the cost but also can offer better products to their customers.

We are also closely associated with a reputed paint institute like Institute of Science and Technology for Advanced Studies and Research (ISTAR) and Sophisticated Instrumentation Centre for Applied Testing and Research (SICART), Vallabh Vidyanagar, Gujarat. Both these institutes help us in various specialty testing.

Exterior Emulsion Paint:
We are manufacturing international quality exterior emulsion paint for the outdoors application of buildings, homes etc. It is available in 1/4/10 and 20 liters packing in white as well as in different shades. We have 2 different qualities in this category. Our premium range of exterior emulsion paint can compete with any premium quality exterior paint currently supplied in India. Our product gives better coverage, better shine, exterior durability, weather protection, colour retention and anti-dirt pick up resistance.
Textures Paints:
We have introduced specialty textures with unique single application process. There are 3 types of Textures 1) Dazzling Metallic, 2) Spray Textures and 3) Granulated Textures. They are available in 1/4/10 and 20 liter packing. Normally, all available texture paints are applied with a 2 coat system, however, we supply them in water based plus with “only one coat system”.
Acrylic Cement Primer:
Acrylic cement primer is first base coat prior to the topcoat of interior/exterior paint application. Cement primer is available in 1/4/10 and 20 liters packing in only white. The main function of any primer is to increase the inter coat adhesion between the topcoat and the substrate. The cheaper available primers in market fail in these properties. Our primer is showing excellent results in basic properties at an affordable price
Acrylic Putty:
The purpose of applying putty is to fill the depths or irregularities of the substrate. It is applied prior to the cement primer to secure the surface imperfection. It is available 1/2/5/10/20 and 25 Kgs.
Interior Emulsion Paint:
We also produce good quality plastic/interior emulsion paint for the inside house hold applications. It is available in 1/4/10 and 20 liters packing in white as well as in different shades. We have 2 different qualities in this category. We have just introduced water based FLAT emulsion paint for interior application. Normally all FLAT paints are available only in solvent-based systems. Our premium quality interior emulsion can directly compete with the top quality interior emulsions of any leading paint manufacturer of India with almost 25% less price that too with better wash-ability and shine.
Acrylic Distemper:
We offer the basic range of quality distempers for the interior household application. Distemper is cheaper product and is a replacement of conventional CHUNA. It is available in 1/2/5/10 and 20 Kgs. packing in white as well as in different shades. We are offering the best quality distemper with lowest price than any other local company. This shows our expertise in lower quality product also.
Arocool
Arocool is a special coating that can be applied to any surface to restrict the heat by up to 25%. This product is ideal in warm countries like India. This coating can be applied on concrete roofs, water tanks, galvanized roofs and on the flooring of temples, where the results are excellent.
Water Viraam is a range of coatings is designed to stop water from entering the surfaces. These products provide excellent adhesion to a varied range of surfaces (wall and floor) and are ideal to provide effective water-proofing
